TCF is a one woman-owned, BIPOC and micro-bakery operating out of a commercial kitchen in SW Portland. Using local and organic ingredients just as grandma insisted inspired my business. THE COOKIE FIEND IS A COTTAGE BAKER MEANING THEIR KITCHEN IS NOT SUBJECT TO HEALTH INSPECTION.
